More nice words to, without much consideration, ‘like.’  More than that though, because they are so true and so important to our progess and happiness in life.  As long as we put it, our needs and happiness out there, in the form of a job, lifestyle, relationship or situation - we will never know real happiness because all of that is transitory.  The only deep and lasting happiness comes from grasping your life, all of it, the joy and the pain the ‘good’ with the ‘bad,’ and realising it’s always been yours and only yours.  You are in charge of all that happens to you and only you can change it.  Those who are suffering, don’t rise up angrily, defensively - I’ve experienced pain too but I can choose how I react to it.  I can choose how it defines me, shapes my thoughts and actions.  My choice.  Sail your ship people, who knows where it will take you.
